Barcelona Refugi 307

Barcelona Refugi 307: About 1,500 Barcelona civilians were killed during the air bombings of the Civil War, a fact that the government long silenced. As Poble Sec particularly suffered the effects of bombing, a large air-raid shelter was built partially into the mountain at the top of C/Nou de la Rambla; this is one of some 1,200 in the entire city. Now Barcelona Refugi 307 converted into a museum, it is worth a visit. The tour takes about 90mins.
